We are looking for an Assistant Planner and an Intern to work closely alongside Founder and Creative Director, Rebecca. See below for detailed job descriptions!

 

Assistant Planner

Responsibilities Include:

  • Working closely alongside Rebecca on all aspects of event planning
  • Researching and coordinating with talented vendors
  • Scheduling and overseeing the execution of projects
  • Monitoring and posting on all social media platforms
  • Press submissions and blog posts
  • Supervising and assisting in decor production on wedding days

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong leader with a genuine commitment to the clients' needs
  • Passionate about planning and organization
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Desire and ability to solve problems and crises quickly and efficiently, while presenting new solutions and ideas 
  • Confident to ask questions and takes direction well
  • Proactive self-starter with an eagerness to learn

 

Other Requirements:

  • Affinity for The Wildflowers aesthetic
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficiency in Excel (required) and InDesign (preferred)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of and interest in current and emerging social media platforms
  • Travel as needed for destination weddings

Intern

Responsibilities include:

  • General administrative support
  • Assisting in decor production on wedding days
  • Coordinating with talented vendors
  • Assist in scheduling projects
  • Assisting in press submission and blog posts

 

Ideal candidate:

  • Proactive self-starter with an eagerness to learn
  • Confident to ask questions and takes direction well
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Desire and ability to solve problems and crises quickly and efficiently, while presenting new solutions and ideas 

 

Requirements:

  • 3 months paid commitment with potential for part-time employment with The Wildflowers
  • Ability to work 10-15 hours per week
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficiency in Excel (required) and InDesign (preferred)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of and interest in current and emerging social media platforms
  • Affinity for The Wildflowers aesthetic
