We're Hiring: Summer Intern

 
 

We’re looking for our next marketing and production intern!

Are you detail oriented with strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills? Do you aspire to something greater; an internship that has the opportunity to lead to a career in a very exciting and creative industry? Do you want to work from home, have flexible hours, and learn about startup business processes? If so, we might just have the internship for you!

Responsibilities include:

  • Researching and coordinating with talented vendors
  • Scheduling projects
  • Assisting in styled wedding photo shoots, while learning about styling and design
  • Monitoring and posting on all social media platforms
  • General administrative support
  • Press submissions and blog posts
  • Researching advertising opportunities
  • Assisting in decor production on wedding days

 

Ideal candidate:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Desire and ability to solve problems and crises quickly and efficiently, while presenting new solutions and ideas 
  • Creative with a passion for planning and design
  • Confident to ask questions and takes direction well
  • Proactive self-starter with an eagerness to learn

 

Requirements:

  • 3 months paid commitment with potential for part-time employment with The Wildflowers
  • Affinity for The Wildflowers aesthetic
  • Ability to work 10-15 hours per week
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficiency in Excel (required) and InDesign (preferred)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of and interest in current and emerging social media platforms
