In honor of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s upcoming Royal Wedding, I’m making my own predictions for the affair.
I hope that Meghan will honor her California roots by having the warmth of a sunny color scheme: traditional neutrals paired with greens, yellows, and gold.
It is highly likely that Meghan will wear a long sleeved gown, however it must be extremely appropriate for Windsor Castle. That means no cleavage, no shoulders baring, etc. This Peter Langner serves as great inspiration for what will surely be a custom gown created just for Meghan.
I’m picturing a miniature cascading bouquet, filled with white stephanotis and freesia or maybe a petite bunch of lily of the valley. The bouquet will definitely have a sprig of myrtle, as per tradition. Yellow and white California poppies, ranunculus, peonies, clematis, and lots of greenery for the reception.
The Table Setting
Traditional ivory dupionique linens toped with gleaming candlelight, gold and white china, baroque flatware, and gold rimmed, cut crystal glassware.
